Students of all majors who are interested in computational and mathematical research in the biosciences are invited to learn about related PhD programs from UCLA faculty and graduate students in these disciplines, and how they can start preparing for admission to grad school. The presentations and discussions will be designed for undergraduate students who do not yet have research experience. Students will learn about opportunities to do computational research at UCLA in the summer and academic year, and hear from graduate students in some of the relevant PhD programs. Students and faculty of the Computational Medicine department will describe their research, offer advice, and answer your questions.
Lunch will be provided to those who RSVP by May 13. Please RSVP here.
