The Psychology Undergraduate Research Conference (PURC) was created in 1992 by Dr. Elizabeth Bjork, with the objective of creating opportunities for undergraduate research assistants to develop their presentation skills and share their research efforts with their peers and colleagues.
Students present their research as posters or paper talks during a day-long event. In addition to fostering undergraduate professionalism, PURC has proven to be a meaningful and exciting forum for students from UCLA and other colleges to communicate their research activities with one another.
This year’s conference will take place on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Pitzker Hall.
