Celebrate community-engaged and social justice research by UCLA undergraduates at the Community Engagement and Social Justice (CESJ) Research Day!

CESJ Research Day is an in-person event consisting of research presentations by Astin Scholars and roundtable panels by selected Community Engagement and Social Change students from 9.a.m-12 p.m., and Social Justice Conversation Circles consisting of selected UCLA undergraduates from 1-4 p.m.

Students from any major may apply to be part of a Social Justice Conversation Circle as part of the Showcase application. These circles will encourage cross-disciplinary conversation on undergraduate research projects oriented toward social justice.

• Community Engagement & Social Change minor capstone research panel on “Community-engaged Arts Impact,” 10:00-10:50am
• Community Engagement & Social Change minor capstone research panel on “Creating Educational Opportunities for Underrepresented Students,” 11:00-11:50am
